Congratulations to all who took part in the 'Stroke Development' swim in Dungannon on Sunday. A great effort was made by all our squad but a special 'well done' to the younger members of the club many of whom were taking part for the first time. The 200 metres events represented quite a challenge but everyone showed great determination to finish the 8 lengths. Sixteen medals were awarded to our swimmers and many others achieved 'Personal Bests' A big 'thank-you' to all who took part and assisted on the day not forgetting all the mums and dads who came to support.
