Welcome back to a new season.

The first PASC 'Club Night' of the new season will be on Wednesday 3rd September at 6.30 pm for the younger swimmers and 7.30 pm for the rest of the squad. All swimmers are asked to return to the sessions and lanes they occupied at the end of May/June until they are informed of any changes. The PTL squad have already had several sessions due to the fact that our first PTL gala is scheduled for mid September against Dungannon. A big thanks to all who turned up over the last couple of weeks and for the 100% effort after the summer break - time to get the arms and legs moving! We would also like to say "welcome" to a number of new members, for some this will be their first experience of competitive swimming and we look forward to watching them improve.
