Welcome back!

Our first full club session of the new season will take place on Wednesday 2nd September, 2009 in Cascades at the usual times i.e Session 1 6.30-7.30 pm and 7.30-8.30 pm for the older groups. Obviously it will take a few weeks to get everyone back in shape (including the coaches!) but with the first PTL gala only a matter of weeks away there is no time to waste. Swimmers are asked to turn up at their usual session but may find themselves moved to a different lane. The club are currently working closely with representatives from Swim Ulster to develop our coaching techniques and organisation in order to improve our ability to compete at all levels.
